Getting Ready

To use your watch in combination with a phone, you first need to pair them. Perform the steps below to pair the watch with a phone.

Num_circle_1 Install the required app on your phone.

To use the watch with a phone, first tap one of the links below and install the “G-SHOCK MOVE” app on the phone.

G-SHOCK MOVE

Num_circle_2 Configure Bluetooth settings.

Enable the phone’s Bluetooth.

Num_circle_3 Pair the watch with a phone.

Before you can use the watch in combination with a phone, you first need to pair them.

1.phone-s Tap the “G-SHOCK MOVE” icon.

2.phone-s Follow the instructions on the display to advance to the initial setup screen.

This will display a message telling you to connect with the watch.

  • If your phone is already paired with another watch

phone-s On the menu bar, tap “More”.

phone-s Tap “Watch”.

phone-s Tap “Manage”.

phone-s Perform the operation shown on the screen to prepare to add a new watch.

3.wat_s Enter the Timekeeping Mode.

4.wat_s Hold down (A) for at least two seconds.

This displays the Timekeeping Mode setting screen.

5.wat_s Use (A) and (D) to move the pointer to [PAIRING].

6.wat_s Press (C).

7.wat_s Use (A) and (D) to move the pointer to [CONNECT].

8.wat_s Press (C).

9.Move the phone to be paired with close to (within one meter of) the watch.

10.phone-s When the watch you want to pair with appears, follow the instructions on the display to pair with it.

  • If a pairing prompt message appears, perform the operation shown on the phone screen.
  • If pairing fails for some reason, the watch will return to the state in step 5 of this procedure. Perform the pairing procedure again from the beginning.
