Shooting with the Camera or an Optional Controller
While there is a wireless LAN connection between the camera and a smartphone, you can use the camera, or a remote controller or another optional controller to shoot images.
-
1.On the top screen while there is a wireless LAN connection between the camera and a smartphone, tap “Shooting with the Camera or an Option”.
-
2.Tap “OK”.
-
You can now shoot using the camera or an optional controller. Operating the camera from the Gʼz EYE app is not possible at this time.
- If the only connected optional controller is a remote controller or if there is no optional controller connected with the camera, the wireless LAN connection between the smartphone and camera will be maintained. To terminate a wireless LAN connection, hold down the camera’s [WLAN] button for about two seconds.
- To re-enable operation from the Gʼz EYE app, go to the Gʼz EYE app top screen, and then tap “Camera or option shooting in progress”, “Shooting with the App”, or “Viewing Images with the App”.
- If the connected optional controller is something other than the Remote Controller, the wireless LAN connection will be terminated.
