As you accumulate activity time and distance, your medal level will increase.

You can view the medals you have accumulated by checking the medal panel tab of the top screen.

• Tapping a medal on the medal panel will display the level for that type of medal.

• Tapping a level along the top of the medal level screen displays a detailed description of the medal level.
