Q1I can’t register a wearable sensor.
- On the wearable sensor, while holding down [1], hold down [
] for about six seconds to start up the wearable sensor and enter the registration mode. Next, register the wearable sensor.
- Turn on your phone’s Bluetooth.
Q2I can’t synchronize the wearable sensor and the activity log.
- Connection with the wearable sensor has been lost. Make sure wearable sensor power is turned on, and move it close the phone. Check the wearable sensor connection status icon.
