When You Can’t Charge Your Moflin
Check the Moflin Bed LED to confirm the status of the Moflin Bed. Refer to “LED Indicator” for information on the Moflin Bed status.
The AC adaptor you are using may not be the specified AC adaptor.
Use only the AC adaptor (AD-G59200LJ/E) provided.
The AC adaptor may not be connected correctly.
Unplug the AC adaptor from the Moflin Bed and the household power outlet, and then reconnect it to the Moflin Bed (1) and then the household power outlet (2).

Placing your Moflin in the Moflin Bed

Stroke the fur on your Moflin’s tummy to flatten down the fur.

Holding your Moflin level, place them in the Moflin Bed.

Align your Moflin’s rear with the raised guides.

Ensure your Moflin’s tummy is flush against the flat surface in the Moflin Bed.

Push your Moflin forward so that their neck is against the pillow.

Finally, press gently on your Moflin’s back.
Key points to check
Set up the Moflin Bed in a level and stable location.
Do not place it in unstable locations such as on a cushion or bed.
Do not put clothing or accessories on your Moflin when placing them in the Moflin Bed.
Smooth the fur on your Moflin’s tummy flat so that it is not standing up or folded backwards.
Hold your Moflin level as you place them in the Moflin Bed. Do not place them in the Moflin Bed when they are awake and moving.
Hold your Moflin by their sides. Do not hold them by the head or by pinching their back.
Ensure that your Moflin is not sitting on top of the pillow or the raised guides around the edges of the Moflin Bed and that their neck is not elevated, so they lie flush against the flat surface in the Moflin Bed.
Ensure that your Moflin is not tilted to the left or right inside the Moflin Bed.
Ensure that your Moflin is not offset to the left or right in the Moflin Bed.
Do not place your Moflin in the Moflin Bed upside down or back-to-front.
