Strong magnetism or impact can cause the time indicated by the hands and the day indicator to go out of alignment. If this happens, adjust hand and day indicator alignment.

You can also correct hand alignment manually using the procedure below if you notice the following.

• Auto second hand alignment correction is not being performed for some reason.

• The positions of the hour hand, minute hand, and/or day indicator are not correct.
