Do not allow the watch to come into contact with thinner, gasoline, solvents, fats, or oils, or any cleaners, adhesives, paints, medicines, or cosmetics that contain such ingredients. Such contact can cause discoloration of, or damage to a resin case, resin band, leather, and other parts. Sunblock, hand cream, cosmetics, and other skin products coming into contact with the back cover of the watch can soil the sensor window, which can cause interference with heart rate accuracy. Avoid using such skin products when performing heart rate measurement. Storing or continuing to use the watch without cleaning off such skin products can cause resin discoloration or damage of resin parts. Rinse off skin products with water, wipe off the water with a soft cloth, and then allow the watch to dry thoroughly.
