- Location information for any member whose phone is outside its service range will not update.
- Location information also will not update if a user has forced the app to shut down.
- Some phones have a setting that can be used to disable information updating.
- When the location information setting is turned off
- When you have ignore battery optimizations turned off (Android 6.0 and higher)
- When Settings > Privacy > Location Services > Moment Link > Always enabled is turned off (iOS)
