- When Continuous Measurement is selected for the Heart Rate Measurement setting of the Heart Rate watch face, the watch continues to record heart rate measurements even when I am not wearing it on my wrist.

- With this setting, the watch assumes that it is normally stationary while you are not wearing it.
If you carry the watch as you walk, it assumes that you are wearing it and so it performs heart rate measurement.If you want to make sure the watch does not perform heart rate measurement while you are not wearing it, tap the display and then perform the required operation to disable it.
