- While a heart rate measurement operation is not being performed with the Heart Rate watch face (normal display), you can view a graph showing the heart rate zone history over the past 24 hours by tapping the heart rate zone area of the screen.
This graph also appears if you tap the heart rate zone on the display while a heart rate measurement operation is in progress,
