 I can't display my current location using a CASIO app (Location Memory, Activity, etc.) or a third party app (YAMAP, etc.)

 If the problem is being caused by a CASIO app not being unable to obtain location information using the watch's built-in GPS, check to make sure that you are in a location that allows reception of GPS signals. 
A good location for signal reception is outdoors where the sky is visible and not blocked by buildings, trees, or other objects. 

If you are unable to obtain location information even in an area where reception is good, try forcing the watch to shut down. 
To force the watch to shut down: Hold down the watch's power button until the display goes blank. Wait for a while until the watch restarts automatically. 

If forcing the watch to shut down does not solve the problem, contact your original retailer or a CASIO service center.
