Why isn't my watch notified of incoming calls?

Note the information below.

Confirm that your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
Check to make sure the watch and phone are connected (no cloud mark).
Confirm that the watch's notification setting is turned on. Check your Wear OS by Google phone app settings to make sure that the applicable app is not blocked.

* Note that some applications do not send notifications to the watch.
