- Smartphone notifications can also be displayed on the watch.
First, configure settings on your smartphone to display notifications.
Configuring Smartphone Settings• Enable Wear OS by Google app notifications.
• Use your smartphone settings to enable notifications by specific apps.
• For the settings within the Wear OS by Google app, make sure that your watch is not included under "WON'T NOTIFY YOUR WATCH"
• If your watch is paired with an iPhone, you will need to have the Wear OS by Google app running.
• It depends on each app whether or not the app can be configured to send notifications.
Next, configure settings on your smartphone to display notifications.
Configuring Watch Settings• Configure the silent mode setting.
Swipe the watch face from top to bottom. > Tap the silent mode icon. > Disable silent mode.
• The watch does not have settings that control notification vibration.
• Configure notification settings.
Settings > Apps & notifications > Notification previews > Tap High or Normal. (Do not select OFF for this setting.)
Settings > Apps & notifications > App notifications > Show disabled
LINE, Carrier Mail,* etc.
If your notifications are not being received via LINE phone, carrier mail, or another app, app notification may not be supported or there may be some other problem with the app.
