- The watch name does not appear in the list of watches displayed by the phone's Wear OS by Google app.

- When pairing with an Android phone, tap the Wear OS by Google app refresh icon (circular arrow in the lower right corner) a number of times.
In the case of an iPhone, display the connection list screen and cancel the connection. Then perform a new watch setup.
If this does not resolve the problem, re-start the Wear OS by Google app and then reconfigure pairing settings again from scratch.
If this does not resolve the problem, re-start your phone.
