Configuring Interval Timer Settings

To configure interval timer settings with the CASIO WATCHES phone app

You can use the CASIO WATCHES phone app to configure an interval timer that combines multiple types of timers.

Overview

Check the connection

Make sure the BLE_mark symbol is shown on the watch display when you perform the procedure below. If BLE_mark is not displayed, refer to the information at the link below.

Connecting with a Phone Paired With the Watch

  1. phone-s Tap the “CASIO WATCHES” icon.

  2. phone-s Tap the “My Watch” tab.

  3. phone-s Select “DW-H5600” and tap it.

  4. phone-s Select the setting you want to change and then perform the operation shown on the screen.

To configure interval timer settings with the watch

If a timer countdown operation is in progress, reset the timer to its current start time before performing this operation.

Using the Timer

  1. Display the current time screen.

    2. Watch Mode

  2. Press (A).

    3. This enters the Activity Mode.

  3. Use (C) to select [INTERVAL TIMER].

  4. Press (A).

  5. Hold down (C) for at least two seconds.

    6. This displays the interval training setting screen.

  6. Use (C) to move the pointer to [INTERVAL TIMER].

  7. Press (A).

    8. This displays the interval timer setting screen.

  8. Use (C) to move the pointer to [REPEAT].

  9. Press (A).

    10. This displays the number of timer repeats (1 to 10) setting screen.

  10. Use (C) to specify the number of timer repeats (Auto Repeat).

  11. Press (A).

    12. After the setting operation is complete, a check mark appears for a few seconds, and then the interval timer setting screen re-appears.

  12. Use (C) to specify the sequence of the timers.

    13. To setup the first timer, setup [TIMER1].

  13. Press (A).

    14. This causes the cursor to appear at the minutes setting of the first timer.

  14. Use (C) to change the timer minutes setting.

  15. Press (A).

    16. This causes the cursor to move to the seconds setting of the first timer.

  16. Use (C) to change the timer seconds setting.

  17. Press (A) to complete the setting operation.

    18. After the setting operation is complete, a check mark appears for a few seconds, and then the interval timer setting screen re-appears.

  18. Repeat steps 11 through 16 as many times as necessary to configure the settings of other timers.

Note

Pressing (D) during the above procedure goes back one screen.

You can use the CASIO WATCHES phone app to change timer names. A timer name can include a combination of up to 14 alphabetic letters (A to Z), numbers (0 to 9), and symbols (/+-_?&).
