Specifying the Barometric Pressure Unit

You can specify either hectopascals (hPa) or inches of mercury (inHg) as the display unit for barometric pressure values.

Important!

When Tokyo (TOKYO) is the Home City, the barometric pressure unit is fixed as hectopascals (hPa) and cannot be changed.

  1. Display the current time screen.

    2. Watch Mode

  2. Hold down (A) for at least two seconds.

    3. This enters the Control Mode.

  3. Use (A) and (D) to select [SETTING].

  4. Press (C).

    5. This displays the setting menu screen.

  5. Use (A) and (D) to move the pointer to [GENERAL SETTINGS].

  6. Press (C).

    7. This displays the GENERAL SETTINGS screen.

  7. Use (A) and (D) to move the pointer to [UNITS].

  8. Press (C).

  9. Use (A) and (D) to move the pointer to [BAROMETER].

  10. Press (C).

  11. Use (A) and (D) to select a barometric pressure unit.

  12. Press (C) to complete the setting operation.

    13. After the setting operation is complete, a check mark appears for a few seconds, and then the unit setting screen re-appears.

  13. Hold down (E) for at least one second to return to the current time screen.

Note

If you do not perform any operation for two or three minutes while the setting screen is displayed, the watch automatically returns to the current time screen.

You can also use the CASIO WATCHES phone app to change the barometric pressure unit.
