The current times in the Timekeeping mode and World Time mode are not synced. You need to adjust each mode’s current time setting individually.

The seconds of the World Time Mode and Timekeeping Mode seconds are synced.

Adjusting the current time setting for the displayed World Time City causes all other World Time cities to be adjusted accordingly.
