1.Press (E) to start the countdown.

The watch will perform an alert operation when the end of the countdown is reached.

• Pressing (E) toggles the countdown between pause and resume.

2.Press any button to stop the tone.

3.Press (D) twice to return to the Timekeeping Mode.

To stop the timer and reset it to the start time

1.While a countdown operation is in progress, press (E).

This stops the timer.

2.Press (A).

This resets the timer to the start time.
