- If you have previously paired the GSW-H1000 with another smartphone, open the Bluetooth settings on that smartphone and check whether there is an active connection setting for the GSW-H1000. If so, delete the setting. Active GSW-H1000 connection settings on multiple smartphones may result in the GSW-H1000 malfunctioning or cause increased power consumption.
