The following conditions can cause unstable power supply and make it impossible to achieve a full charge: Using a non-specified USB connector* to supply power, using an extension cable with the charger cable, etc.
* The USB-AC adaptor or other USB power supply device you use must meet certain specifications. Do not use an inferior adaptor or device that does not meet the required specifications. Doing so can cause malfunction and breakdown of the watch and USB power supply device. Also note that use of a USB-AC adaptor may be subject to local standards imposed by the country where you are located.
• After using the watch where it is submerged in either seawater or fresh water, or where sand or mud gets on the charger terminal, rinse it with clean water and then thoroughly dry it.
- After rinsing with water, wipe the charger terminal of the watch with a clean, dry, soft cloth, and then leave it in a well-ventilated place to completely dry.
• If there is any moisture or foreign matter on the charger terminal of the charger cable, wipe it off with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Moisture left on the terminal may cause corrosion.
• Do not apply undue force to the charger cable plug, insert items into the plug, or forcibly push it into the connector.
• Do not leave keys, necklaces, paper clips, or other metal items in close proximity to the charger cable plug. Doing so can cause the metal to affix to the magnetic plug and cause a short.
• When not using the charger cable, unplug the USB-AC adaptor from the power outlet and disconnect the cable.
• To ensure stable charging, regularly clean the charger terminals of the watch and the charger cable.
