Life logs and heartbeat

Nightly Recharge and the sleep stage measure your heart rate interval while sleeping and display the result. If the sleep stage and/or Nightly Recharge are not displayed even though you have slept for more than four hours, it could mean that the watch could not acquire your heart rate interval during your sleep.
