Why does an error message appear that keeps me from logging into the app with my CASIO ID?

Try the following to correct the problem. 
・Wait a while and try logging in again later.
・Change your default browser to Chrome.
・On the browser you are using, enable cookies.
・Clear your browser's cache.
・Restart your phone.
・If you are using Wi-fi for data communication, switch to mobile communication.
