・Please try connecting it to the USB port (Type-A) of another device for charging.
・Please use a USB port (Type-A) that complies with the USB standard (Voltage: 5V, Current: 0.5A or higher).
*There are certain specifications for USB-AC adapters and other USB power supply devices. Please do not use those that do not comply with the specifications as they may cause malfunctions or failures of this device or the USB power supply device.
・Is there any dirt or foreign objects attached to the connection part of the charging port or charging cable? Please clean the connection part of the charging port and charging cable using a dry, clean cotton swab or cloth, and then try connecting the charging cable again to see if it can charge.
・Are you trying to charge it in extremely low or high temperature environments? Charging in extreme temperature environments can cause deterioration of the internal battery, so charging will automatically stop for protection. Charging will automatically resume when the ambient temperature returns to normal. We recommend charging within a range of 5°C to 35°C ambient temperature.
