My training plan is for three or more days a week. How can I reset it to two days or less?

Your training plan includes a minimum number of training days per week.
The cardio plan must be set at to least 3 days a week to meet the goal.
If you create a running plan of 5 or 10 km, you can set it for as little as two days a week.
