Please check the following and try again.
・Make sure that your smartphone's location setting is ON.
・In places where the GPS signal is weak, such as indoors or around tall buildings, accurate location information may not be obtained and the map may not be displayed in the app. Try trying in an open area outdoors.
・Display the My Watch screen in the CASIO WATCHES app and tap your watch. If a message such as "Watch link terminated" or "Permission to access Location Info is turned off" is displayed, tap the appropriate button to enable the setting.
・If the message "Clock synchronization has stopped" is displayed on the "Home" screen of the G-SHOCK_MOVE app, tap the "Initiate Link" button to enable the setting.The "Initiate Link" display may be hidden, so please restart the app.
