Battery and charging

Q4: The screen disappears and I can't charge even when I connect the charging cable.
A4: If left for a few months after the LOW (L1 or L2) mark appears, the battery will become over-discharged and cannot be charged.

The battery needs to be replaced. Please contact the “Repairs Liaison” or the store where you purchased the product.
