Cannot connect via Bluetooth. The app stopped working properly.

When connecting via Bluetooth, set the phone and watch to the following settings.
Phone
· Turn ON Bluetooth. (Turn Airplane Mode OFF)

[For iOS]
・Phone location information services: ON
・App location information usage permission: Always permitted
・Delete notifications in iPhone Notification Center.
(if there are many notifications.)

[For Android]
・Phone location information services: ON (high accuracy)
・App location information usage permission: ON
・App nearby devices permission: Allow (Android 12 or higher)
· Turn OFF power saving mode.
· Turn OFF developer options. (Android only)
· Select “Remove animations” under “Accessibility” in OS settings. Confirm the ”Remove animations" is OFF.  (Android 9 only)
Touch the app icon for a longer time. → Tap "App info". → Tap "FORCE STOP" and then restart the app.
· Clear app cache.
· Please refer to "Android Smartphone/How to avoid App crash" for the solution.

Watch
· If the stopwatch or timer is running, stop it.


After configuring the above settings, restart your phone.
If that doesn't solve the problem, we recommend uninstalling the app and configuring it again.

Please contact your phone manufacturer or your contracted carrier support directly to change your phone settings.
