After migrating from the Connected app to CASIO WATCHES app, pairing is not possible.

First, complete the migration from the Connected app to CASIO WATCHES app.

When you launch the Connected app, a guidance screen for migrating to the CASIO WATCHES app will be displayed.
You can start the migration by pressing the button to start the migration.
The migration is complete when the migration completion screen is displayed on CASIO WATCHES app.

After that, perform pairing with your watch on CASIO WATCHES app.

If CASIO WATCHES app cannot be paired with the watch even after completing the above, the following may solve the problem.
・Turn off/on the Bluetooth of the smartphone OS.
・Reboot your smartphone.
・Delete the pairing information in the Connected app.

Also, on some models, after unpairing by operating the watch,
Pairing the watch with CASIO WATCHES app may solve the problem.
