Smartphone Link (G-SHOCK Connected etc)

Configure the phone settings as follows.

· Select “Remove animations” under “Accessibility” in OS settings. (Android 9 only)
Confirm the ”Remove animations" is OFF.  (Android 9 only)
Touch the app icon for a longer time. → Tap "App info". → Tap "FORCE STOP" and then restart the app.

· Turn OFF developer options. (Android 8 or earlier)
· Clear the app cache.
