- Why does the power of my piano (or keyboard) suddenly turn off during playing? The low battery is not Indicated.

- Check if the correct batteries specified in the users manual are used. Some models need to set the type of battery by the function of the piano (or keyboard).
Please replace with new batteries, and note that you cannot mix the old batteries in it.
