- What can I do with Time Lapse Movie?

- This function creates a Time Lapse Movie up to 10 minutes long by combining snapshots with this camera.
Movies cannot be included in a Time Lapse Movie.
This function is supported when the camera's firmware version is 2.0 or higher.
Procedure
1. On the PLAY mode main screen, touch the “Home icon”.
2. On the home screen, touch the “Time Lapse icon”.
3. Touch “Setting icon”.
• Touching “Imformation icon” will display an explanation of this function.
4. Touch an item and then change its setting.
Playback Speed Specify the playback time of each image. Selecting “Slow” specifies a longer playback time for each image, while “Fast” specifies a shorter playback time. Music Select the background music you want to use.
5. After settings are the way you want, touch “Back icon” to return to the screen in step 3.
6. Use (touch) the up and down arrows to display the recording date of the images you want to use to create a Time Lapse Movie.
7. Touch the Time Lapse Movie conversion method you want to use.
All Interval Groups: Converts all interval images into a Time Lapse Movie.
Newest Interval Group: Converts the last recorded interval images only into a Time Lapse Movie.
All Images: Converts all interval images into a Time Lapse Movie.
8. Touch “Yes”.
This creates and displays the Time Lapse Movie.
• Touching “Cancel” while creation of a Time Lapse Movie is in progress will cancel the creation process and saves any part of the movie that was created up to that point.
NOTE
• A Time Lapse Movie is FHD movie quality, with an aspect ratio of 16:9. If an image with an aspect ratio that is not 16:9 is incorporated into a Time Lapse Movie, the top and bottom of the image will be cropped as required.
• If a portrait orientation image is incorporated in to a Time Lapse Movie, there will be black bands on the left and right of the image.
• When there is a large number of images, this function will stop processing when the Time Lapse Movie reaches a length of 10 minutes.
Subsequent images will not be converted to a Time Lapse movie.
• When an Interval Snapshot operation spans different days, only the images on the specified recording date are included in the Time Lapse Movie.
• The message "Memory Full" will appear if there is not enough memory to store files during creation of a Time Lapse Movie.
If this happens, delete files you no longer need.
