Snap shot

Q2
Is there anything I need to keep in mind when using the BEST SHOT HDR, HDR Art, Multi SR Zoom, High Speed Night Shot, High Speed Night Scene, High Speed Night Scene and Portrait, and High Speed Anti Shake scenes?
A2
HDR, HDR Art, Multi SR Zoom, High Speed Night Shot, High Speed Night Scene, High Speed Night Scene and Portrait, and High Speed Anti Shake all use High Speed CS (continuous shutter) to shoot a series of images, which are then combined into a final snapshot. Keep the following points in mind when shooting with these BEST SHOT scenes.

• Hold the camera as still as possible while shooting is in progress.
Too much movement makes it impossible for the camera to correctly combine the images it shoots into
  a final snapshot.
• The camera will not be able to combine images properly if a subject  is moving while shooting is in
  progress.
• HDR, HDR Art, High Speed Night Shot, and High Speed Night Scene and Portrait perform anti-shake
correction to compensate for camera movement while shooting. This results in an image area that is
  narrower than normal.
• If surroundings are extremely dark during hand-held shooting with High Speed Night Scene or High Speed
Night Scene and Portrait, the camera may not be able to shoot at proper brightness due to insufficient
  exposure.
If this happens, shooting with a tripod is recommended. The camera will automatically detect when it is
mounted on a tripod and shoot a single image (instead of a series of High Speed CS images) at a longer
  exposure time.
• Anti shake will not operate correctly if you mount the camera on a tripod while using High Speed Anti
  Shake.
• Except for High Speed Night Scene and Portrait, flash is disabled when shooting with these BEST SHOT
  scenes.
• The camera will take longer to process the images shot with these BEST SHOT scenes than regular
  (non-High Speed) snapshots.

• Note that the maximum image size when shooting with High Speed Night Shot is 10M.

* When shooting with there BEST SHOT scenes, certain conditions may make it impossible to obtain the
  desired results.
