No. A focus operation is performed immediately after the movie button is pressed. Focus is fixed thereafter.
Because of this, the subject will not be in focus if the focus distance from the subject changes while recording is in progress.
When shooting in a situation where the distance between the camera and the subject changes, it is recommended that you use a zoom setting that is as close to the WIDE side as possible.
The focus range is the same as that for snapshots.
