Why can't I establish (or can no longer establish) a Bluetooth wireless technology connection between the camera and smartphone?

• If the smartphone's Bluetooth connection icon is not displayed, it means that pairing is not possible for some reason.
Follow the steps in your smartphone user documentation to connect.
If you are unable to pair, check if the smartphone you are using supports Bluetooth low energy technology.
If you are unsure, contact the manufacturer of your smartphone.
• If the smartphone's Bluetooth connection icon is dimmed, it means that connection is not possible for some reason.
Follow the steps in your smartphone user documentation to connect.
• Bluetooth wireless technology connection is not possible while the camera is in the Airplane Mode. Exit the Airplane Mode.
• The camera cannot connect with a smartphone if they are too far apart from each other.
