- How can I return the camera to the initial factory default settings that were in effect when I purchased it?

- Performing the reset operation will return most of the camera's settings to their initial factory defaults.
Note, however, that some settings (for example, date, language, wireless LAN password, Pairing and other settings) are not affected by the reset operation.
Perform the following to reset the camera:
[MENU]
SETTING tab Reset(the second item from the bottom) [SET].
NOTE
Resetting causes the Airplane Mode setting to become "Off".
