About bugs in Windows 11 version 24H2

The following bug exists in Windows 11 version 24H2, which means that the image capture date and patient ID of the image imported into D'z IMAGE Viewer cannot be recognized, resulting in "Date of capture unknown" and "Patient ID not set."
