Help Unavailability
Even though you are able to install and use a program properly, there may be times when you try to open help that the message shown to the below appears telling you that help is not available. This happens because the help system supported by Windows® until now is no longer supported in Windows® 8.
You will need to obtain software that is available from Microsoft® in order to eliminate this problem.
Please check Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) for Windows 8, then you can obtain the software.

Why Can't I get Help form this program

* The program for Windows® 8 is not found even if you click "Microsoft Support" of the dialogue mentioned above now.(Nov 7 2012)
