Help Unavailability

Even though you are able to install and use a program properly, there may be times when you try to open help that the message shown to the right appears telling you that help is not available. This happens because the help system supported by Windows until now is no longer supported in Windows Vista.
You will need to obtain software that is available from Microsoft in order to eliminate this problem.
Click the "Windows Help program (WinHlp32.exe) is no longer included with Windows" link in the message dialog box shown to the right, which will take you to a site where you can obtain the software.
