Resin band

How to care

Wash with water and wipe off the water with a soft cloth.
Stain-like pattern might appear on the surface of the resin band, but it does not affect the human body or clothing. Wipe it off with a cloth.

The following effects can be expected by care.

Clean and comfortable use
Since the watch body and band are in direct contact with the skin, it might cause skin problems depending on the usage conditions.
The dirt and sweat of the band are one of them. Routine care will be able to prevent skin problems caused by dirt and sweat.
If you have any skin problems, stop wearing the band and consult a dermatologist.

Suppression of deterioration such as cutting and cracking
As resin parts are used, deterioration might occur over time, and the material might harden or discolor.
The degree of deterioration depends on the usage conditions;

Due to the above conditions, the band might deteriorate in a relatively short period of time and break or crack.
In addition, extremely deteriorated parts might be damaged even by a slight impact (breaking, bending, pulling, light vibration, etc.).
(The band might be damaged during transportation or battery replacement / repair work.)

Example;
Resin band broken due to deterioration

Care will prevent the adhesion of sweat, dirt, and moisture, and will reduce the degree of deterioration. Symptoms of deterioration include cutting, cracking, surface hardening and stickiness. If any of these symptoms occur, it is recommended to replace the band as soon as possible.

Precautions for use

If the watch is kept in close contact with clothing that easily discolors for a long time, or if it is left wet, the color might transfer to the resin parts. Also, the color of the watch might shift to something else, so do not rub it hard.
Be especially careful when using skeleton (transparent) and light-colored resin band in close contact with chemical fiber clothing for a long time.

The color might change if it is exposed to direct sunlight (ultraviolet rays) for a long time or left for a long time with dirt on it.
In particular, skeleton (transparent) and light-colored resin parts might discolor when absorbed by sweat or dirt or left in a hot and humid place. If you get sweat or dirt, take good care of it, such as washing it with water.

Painted parts might wear and discolor due to usage conditions (excessive external force, continuous rubbing, impact, etc.).

If the band has a print, rubbing the printed part strongly might cause the other parts to become colored.

If thinner, gasoline, various solvents, oils and fats or cleaners containing them, adhesives, paints, chemicals, sunscreen creams, cosmetics, etc. adhere to them, the resin case and resin band may be discolored or damaged. please note.

It depends on the usage condition and storage environment, and it might deteriorate, cut or crack due to daily use or long-term storage, so after use, wash it with water and take care of it frequently.
