Conditions specific to Android phones

Q) I can't pair the watch with my device.

A) Some phones can temporarily have difficulty pairing due to the operating conditions. Please try pairing again at a later time. If pairing failed after only one attempt, try repeating the same pairing procedure several times.
In certain cases, pairing is not completed successfully, and the pairing information for one or more of the three locations (Watch, Smartphone, or Application) may contain invalid information, causing pairing to fail.
If this happens, clear the pairing information for the three locations, and perform the pairing process again.

Q) The time on my watch is not automatically adjusted.

A) Some devices (e.g. Galaxy models) may not be able to adjust the time on your watch due to the device specifications or the software version. The time cannot be adjusted using current Galaxy versions.
