Click the download file name “casio_avi11.zip” to download it to your Macintosh.
Installation Precautions and Procedures
1.
Use StuffIt Expander or some other application to expand the file you downloaded (casio_avi11.zip).
This creates a file named [CASIO AVI Importer.component].

On the startup disk, double-click the [Library] folder (Figure 1).

On the [Library] window, double click [QuickTime] (Figure 2).

Drag the [CASIO AVI Importer.component] folder you unzipped in step 1 to the [QuickTime] window (Figure 3).

The presence of any other AVI components or Version 1.0 of the "CASIO AVI Importer.component" in the [QuickTime] window can make proper movie playback impossible.
Move the other AVI components or Version 1.0 of the "CASIO AVI Importer.component" to another location outside the [QuickTime] window.

This completes USB driver installation. Restart your Macintosh, and confirm that you are able to play the movie you want.

Be sure to save the movie data on the hard disk of your Macintosh before trying to play it back.
Proper movie playback may not be possible for data accessed over a network, from a memory card, etc.
Uninstalling the Component
Move "CASIO AVI Importer.component" from the [Library] - [QuickTime] window in to the recycler, and then restart your Macintosh. This completes the uninstall operation.
