The watch name does not appear in the list of watches displayed by the phone's Wear OS by Google app.

When pairing with an Android phone, tap the Wear OS by Google app refresh icon (circular arrow in the lower right corner) a number of times.

In the case of an iPhone, display the connection list screen and cancel the connection. Then perform a new watch setup.

If this does not resolve the problem, re-start the Wear OS by Google app and then reconfigure pairing settings again from scratch.

If this does not resolve the problem, re-start your phone.
