My smart watch shows a monochrome watch face screen. Buttons and the touch panel don't work. What's wrong?

It probably means that Wear OS by Google has been disabled because your smart watch battery is low. Your smart watch is designed to switch to a monochrome watch face automatically and maintain timekeeping functions only after its battery charge drops below a certain level. This is indicated by two horizontal lines (one under the date, and one under the hours and minutes).
Try connecting the charger cable and charging the watch.
