I installed the app to my Android smart device, but I can't work it.

It may not have been installed correctly. Please try the following:
1. Delete the data and cache of the app by selecting "Device settings> Apps> CASIO MUSIC SPACE> Storage> Clear data".
2. Start CASIO MUSIC SPACE

If it still doesn't work, please try the following:
1. Uninstall CASIO MUSIC SPACE.
2. Device settings> Google> Backup> Turn off backup to Google Drive.
3. Reinstall CASIO MUSIC SPACE.
