A3: Please try installing and working CASIO MUSIC SPACE.
If your smart device shows the following message at the first startup, you cannot connect the musical instruments.
･ If MIDI is not supported, the message of "Your device does not support MIDI" is displayed.
･ If Bluetooth MIDI is not supported, the message of "Your device does not support Bluetooth MIDI" is displayed.
