USB Function (Troubleshooting)
- Q2
- Why does the wireless connection drop after being established?
- A2
- - Wireless connection will terminate if the computer goes into system standby or to sleep. Change the configuration of your computer to disable system standby and sleep, and then reconnect.
- If you set "External Access Point" to "Enable" in an environment without the previously set external access point, wireless connection may be disconnected. In that case change "External Access Point" to "Disable"
- Is the projector and computer too far apart or are they separated by a wall or other barrier? Try moving the projector and computer so they are closer to each other. As a general rule, there should be an unimpeded line of sight between them that is no greater than about 30 meters.
- Is a microwave oven, Bluetooth device, or other IEEE802.11b/g/n device being used nearby? Operation of a device that uses the 2.4 GHz frequency band (which is the same frequency band as the IEEE802.11b/g/n wireless standard used by the projector) in the vicinity of the projector can generate radio interference that causes a wireless communication error. Avoid using the nearby microwave oven or Bluetooth device when performing wireless communication.
