The projector does not recognize a USB memory device.

No guarantees are made concerning operation of any commercially USB memory device used with the projector.
Use of the following types of USB memory devices is not supported.
- A USB memory device whose data is encoded or otherwise protected
- A USB memory device that is recognized as a CD-ROM
In addition, you may experience problems using a USB memory device connected via a USB hub or card adapter.
