- What should I do if the camera's buttons or the touch panel don't respond or if the camera won't turn off?

- First try using a thin, pointed object to press the reset button near the camera's memory card slot and the reset button near the controller's USB port (individually, in any order), and then turn power off and then back on again. If this does not correct the problem or if the problem tends to reoccur frequently, contact your local Authorized CASIO Service Center.
IMPORTANT!
• Do not apply undue force when pressing the reset button.
• Unlike the reset operation, pressing the reset buttons does not initialize camera settings.
