  Procedure
REC mode  [SET]  "MENU" [SET]  Quality Tab ISO ISO100
    - It is a good idea to use a tripod to avoid image blur.
    - Subject movement can cause image blur.
• Turn off the Lighting function.
   Procedure
    REC mode [SET]  "Lighting" Off

2)You may be attempting to shoot in a dark location with Flash Off selected, which can increase digital noise and make images appear coarse. In this case, turn on flash or use lights for illumination.

3)Shooting with a high ISO sensitivity setting or with the Lighting feature can cause an increase in digital noise. Use a light or some other means to illuminate the subject.
