Software End User License Agreement

Note that you are permitted to download this software only if you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the “Software End User License Agreement” below.
  
Article 1: License
(1) You are granted the license to install this Software on your own computer.
(2) You may make one backup copy of the Software on a hard disk, or other medium.
(3) All copyrights to this Software and all other incidental rights shall revert to CASIO. Your rights to use this Software are limited to those expressly granted to you under this Software EULA.
(4) This software include software covered by a GNU Lesser General Public License (hereafter LGPL).
The terms of use of the software concerned shall obey fate of LGPL.
(5) You are permitted modification of the software for your own use and reverse engineering
for debugging such modifications based on LGPL.
Article 2: Prohibitions
(1) No modification of the Software by you or any third party is allowed.
(2) You are not allowed to transfer your rights under this Software EULA to any third party.
(3) You may not resell, rent, lease, or distribute this Software over a network, or make use of this Software available to any third party.
Article 3: Limitation of Liability
(1) CASIO makes no claims concerning the fitness of this Software for any particular purpose, or concerning the performance of or results that can be expected from the Software.
(2) IN NO EVENT WILL CASIO OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS OR LOST SAVINGS, EVEN IF AN CASIO REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THIS Software.
(3) CASIO shall bear no responsibility to you to provide maintenance or service for this Software, or to provide you with information about upgrade.
Article 4: Termination
(1) You may terminate this Software EULA at any time by informing CASIO in writing of your desire to terminate.
(2) CASIO reserves the right to terminate this Software EULA at any time if you are in breach of any of its terms and conditions.
(3) You agree upon termination of this Software EULA to immediately, and completely destroy the Software together with any copies.
Article 5: Other
(1) Any claim arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
(2) Any dispute arising under or relating to this Agreement shall come under the jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
(3) The terms and conditions of this Software EULA shall also apply to all future upgrades of the Software.
